Hello! I’m Shannon and I started Ezer in 2019 because I genuinely thrive off of helping others succeed. And I also thrive off of writing emails, bookkeeping, scheduling and planning things, checking off to-do lists, and other nerdy things like that. Turns out, this is a great combination of things to thrive off of in order to run a virtual assistance & bookkeeping business!
Outside of my many years’ experience as an admin assistant & bookkeeper, I’ve also spent much time helping leaders within my network (mainly ministry & non-profit leaders) organize, lead, and see projects to completion, so I have a wide range of experience in managing tasks and helping others succeed. I’ve learned a lot over the years about keeping myself and others organized, on-track, and efficient – making sure none of the details fall through the cracks and that all goals are reached. I am also honored to serve as Treasurer for my church as well as for another local nonprofit.

Hi there, I’m Brianna. I have a background in household management, administrative work, and client relations for the financial industry. I’ve always found myself in job titles that center around helping others succeed, which is where I find my strengths lie – in carrying out the behind-the-scenes details that others may overlook. My driven, efficient, and detail-oriented mindset ensures all the t’s get crossed and i’s get dots so that your efforts can be focused on the vision of your business and what you love.
I grew up in Iowa and made my way up to Minneapolis after marrying my high school sweetheart in 2012. Now we have two kids and we love taking them on adventures in nature any chance we get!

Bethany | Virtual Assistant & Bookkeeper
Before joining the Ezer team, I enjoyed working with patients as a nurse in several specialty areas. I also was part of the leadership team for an online university where I taught nursing courses and coordinated clinical hours for graduate and doctoral students across the United States. My work allowed me to gain skills in regulation and compliance, policy development, academic-level writing and publication, organization and coordination of events, client facing via email and phone, creation and distribution of newsletters, and so much more.
I am excited to serve my clients at Ezer and empower your business to thrive! I like writing, the organizing process, continuous quality improvement, and many other administrative tasks. I also have experience writing grants and successfully completing the application process. I strive to deliver high-quality work in an efficient manner that will allow you to focus on the business tasks you most enjoy while being confident in the administrative support you receive.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and being a mom to my toddler daughter and infant son. We love to be outside in the garden, camping, and engaging in the beautiful small community where we live

Kari | Virtual Assistant & Bookkeeper
Hi, I’m Kari, and I started at Ezer in 2023. I am so grateful to be a part of a wonderful group of women who are dedicated to helping others succeed. I love to help people, solve problems, keep track of details, and to feel like I’ve accomplished something at the end of each day. Being a virtual assistant and bookkeeper allows me to check all of those boxes! My detail oriented nature helps me to stay organized, and I am constantly looking for ways to make the things around me work more efficiently. I feel most at peace when things are in order, and it is my goal to keep things in order so you can feel at peace knowing the Ezer team will handle your needs.
In my free time, I love to spend time with my husband and our three kids. As a vibrant crew, together we can be found making creative messes, playing outside, taking epic family road trips, and spending time with people we love. When I have a minute to myself I love to be outside, snuggle my cats, travel, play the piano, sing, garden, eat, and read.

Hi! I’m Caitlyn and I joined the Ezer team in 2024. In my background, I have a range of experiences from administrative work to engineering but what I love most is solving puzzles of all kinds. Bookkeeping is perfect for that, as it turns out, especially when combined with a love of numbers and math. There is nothing quite like the satisfaction of putting in that last piece of the jigsaw puzzle or having that last number fall into place making everything balance out. After staying at home with my kids for many years, I am excited to be a part of this team of women working to support businesses grow and succeed.
I live in a small town in Minnesota with my husband and 3 kids. When we can’t be outside making memories, we can be found curled up by the fire playing games or watching football.

Brittany | Virtual Assistant & Bookkeeper
Hi, I’m Brittany and I happily joined the Ezer team in 2024. I am very passionate and detail oriented when it comes to my client work. I love to serve others, build positive relationships and see businesses thrive as we work together to reach a common goal.
Outside of becoming a bookkeeper in 2021, I taught for nine years in a special education classroom as well as in the general education classroom. I obtained my Master’s Degree in 2020 and gained a lot of knowledge during this time. With the tools and organizational skills I learned, as well as building relationships, I felt like I wanted to expand my career into something new. Being a bookkeeper has brought so much joy to my life and I look forward to working with you.
I live in the beautiful state of Arizona, but was born in Wisconsin. GO PACK GO! I am married to a devoted husband and we have two beautiful girls who we love to spend time with. We love traveling, volunteering, watching sports, and attending church.
